Ayame's Feet Exercises

Ayame: Hey, guys. Today I wanna show you how do I do my exercises of kneading my feet to make them feel better. But before that, we need to take off our shoes and socks.

Ayame: Now, as soon as we have taken our shoes off, we are now able to knead our feets. wiggles her toes My exercises of kneading my feet helps then to feel better while going for a walk, jogging, some yoga exercises, fitness and more. For me, it's a pre-runner for those kinds of sport to be healthy like me. So let's get do it, shall we?


Ayame prepares for her exercises


Ayame: Exercise #1 - Spread your toes as widely as you can. Make sure they don't touch each other. Imagine that you're waking up from the bed spreading your toes to make them rise and shine. Keep your toes spread for 1-2 minutes. Don't forget to breath slowly and freely. 😉👣

Ayame: Exercise #2. Scrunch your toes as hard as you can. Imagine that your toes are curling like fingers scrunching into fists. Keep your toes scrunched for 1 minute. Don't forget about breathing freely.

Ayame: Exercise #3 - Stretch your toes forward. Imagine that your reaching something forward by your feet.Keep your toes stretched forward for 1-2 minutes. Breath slowly and freely. 😏👣

Ayame: Exercise #4 - Pull your toes backward. Imagine that your reaching something backward by your feet.Keep pulling your toes backword for 1 minutes. 😏👣

Ayame: Now it's time to stretch our feet. 😊👣 Grab your feet by your hands and pull yourself backward. Don't forget to breath slowly. Keep pullng for 2 minutes. 😏👣

Okay. Now our feet are becoming stronger than before. Look at my feet. They are so blushing pink, but filled by some positive energy. If you will do as same exercises as I did, your feet won't get tired. Because they strengthen the muscles of the feet, makes you fewer tiredness and makes your feet become more flexible and more beautiful. Good luck! 😊👣
